1. Why and how are you uniquely qualified to prepare my résumé?
Our approach is not theoretical. We know how to build professional, effective résumés which generate interviews. Our knowledge base comes from experience as ex-recruiters, hiring managers, and professional writers. We know what to include and what to avoid. Keep in mind, a résumé has a sole purpose: to generate interviews. Period. Please refer to “Testimonials”

2. Can I speak with someone first before I order?
Absolutely, We find most people like to talk with a “human being” when it comes to purchasing one of life’s most important documents. 3. What is your process?
We will gather information we need by having a personal conversation with you.  We may also have you answer some written questions via email. When completed, we will forward your brand new résumé to you for your review.

4. Do I have input on the final draft?
Absolutely. Once your résumé is complete, we will email it to you for your review, and we will go over it with you.

5. How long does it take?
It normally takes 5 business days, though you may request faster service by special arrangement.

6. Will my Résumé be readable on Mobile Devices?
Yes. Smartphone and tablet screens automatically adapt for text size and can be viewed vertically and horizontally, depending on the device.

7. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We guarantee that with your new  résumé and a reasonable amount of job search effort on your part, you will have an interview within 30 days. We ask, therefore, that you trust our professional judgement in crafting your  résumé . What you may think is appropriate for your  résumé  may not match the thinking of key decision makers. Your résumé  is written for the sole purpose of generating interviews.
