1. Why and how are you uniquely qualified to prepare my résumé ?
Our approach is not theoretical. Our résumés land interviews! Our knowledge base comes from experience as ex-recruiters, writers, and having written hundreds of professional résumés, cover letters, bio’s, and LinkedIn profiles. 2. Can I speak with someone first before I order?

3. What is your process?
We will gather information we need by having a personal conversation with you and having you respond to written questions via email. When completed, we will forward your brand new résumé to you for your review. We will then review your résumé together, live, so we can be exacting in making any tweaks or corrections.

4. Do I have input on the final draft?
Absolutely. Once your résumé is complete, we will email it to you for your review, and we will go over it with you. This is a very important part of the process. We are experts in résumé preparation and your expertise is in your profession. We want to ensure your résumé is factually correct.

5. How long does it take?
It takes 5 – 10 business days, once we have all the information. Accelerated schedules are by special request.

6. Will my résumé be readable on mobile devices?
